FrontierScale AI is an independent advisory firm with three services: AI due diligence, AI governance and AI transformation. We work with private equity and venture capital investors, insurers, enterprise technology buyers and regulated enterprises, bringing depth in model evaluation, AI safety, enterprise architecture and value measurement. We are London-based and work with clients globally.

Moin Syed brings over 15 years of product leadership experience across AI model capabilities, enterprise AI products, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise SaaS. His career spans some of the most influential organisations in technology, including Anthropic (a frontier AI research lab), VMware Broadcom (cloud infrastructure), SingleStoreDB (AI/ML databases), and Deloitte Consulting.
With a proven track record of cross-organisational influence, executing product roadmaps, and driving transformation at scale across Fortune 500 enterprises and regulated industries across EMEA and APAC, Moin founded FrontierScale AI to help organisations navigate AI governance, transformation, and due diligence with the same rigour applied at the world's leading technology companies.
Moin holds degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Warwick (UK).
